The practice of Soul Motion is ground in principles of perception, and courting of a presence that encourages accurate responses to whatever accompanies the everyday dance. This presence invites a deep dive into a cacoon of creativity where students access wisdom of the body through their direct movement experience.

About Vinn

Award winning performer, choreographer, and designer of Soul Motion, Vinn Martí served as co-director of Portland Oregon's innovative movement arts studio, Body Moves for 18 years.  Vinn now leads workshops and seminars internationally teaching Soul Motion™, a movement ministry of conscious dance as a design for experiencing movement as meditation. 

DAILY SCHEDULE

March 22nd- • 12:00 onwards- Arrival and check-in
• 2:30pm- Orientation of registered group
• 4:00-6:00pm-Open Dance Session open to all
• 6:00-9:30pm- Ogoh Ogoh Parade & dinner on your own (many fabulous restaurants to chose from)
• 9:30- ? pm Pre Nyepi ritual…Local Balinese come to make ceremony/ritual for us in the wantilan, cleansing & purification
Nyepi Day March 23rd-
• 6:00am For those residing at other than Ananda: Arrive and place your belongings in a locker at the Ananda Wantilan
• Light fare, included in tuition - yogurt, granola & fresh tropicl fruit & coconut water
• 9:30-12:30 morning session with Vinn (Contemplative Dance)
• Nutricious Delicious Brunch
• 3:30-5:30 afternoon session with Vinn
• Dinner together at Ananda Wantilan, cost 170,000. rupiah
• Enjoy the Silence, in your room, or in our Wantilan as a member of your tribe
March 24th-

• 6:00 AM, Nyepi Day of Silence Ends

• 9:30-12:30 morning session with Vinn

• 4:00-6:00 afternoon session with Vinn
• Dinner, out and about town, on your own

COST:

* RP 150,000 (approximately US$15.00)
* If you are an EXPAT or an Indonesian National, use our KITAS drop-in discount. This special membership allows you to pay Rp.100,000. You must live in Bali, not on another island, to receive this benefit.
* For Balinese with a valid Bali-Based KTP, classes are by donation.


• Transportation coordination available at an extra cost of $30/person each way.

TRAVEL: You will need your passport, valid at least 6 months from date of entry, and a visa if you plan to stay in Bali for longer than 30 days.  For a 30-day stay or less, you can get the standard "visa on arrival" when you land in Bali. Inquire for more information. info@movingventures.org
