We invite you to join us for a week of exploring & developing profound tools for opening your heart, freeing your breath, releasing your shoulders and lengthening your spine. Come take a journey into the world of touch and movement, scent and sound, The Realm of The Senses.

Geno, Ellen & Tammy have designed this retreat for EveryBody - for family members, for partners, for healing arts professionals, and anyone desiring to re-open their hearts. For those new to yoga, dance, & touching another with skilled & loving Presence.

Our retreat will take place at Ananda, the oldest hotel in Ubud, nestled between centuries-old rice fields and jungles. One morning, as the sun rises over Mt. Batur, we will embark on a 2 hr silent walk through the rice fields, a Moving Meditation Practice, from Ananda through the village of Penestanan, returning for a bounty of tropical fruits & juices, local fresh hen eggs, and Bali Buddha granola.
Location: Ananda Cottages, Ubud, http://www.anandaubud.com. The Ananda Centeris across from Indus Restaurant, secluded in the rice fields, and is a 15 minute walk to central Ubud, the cultural center of Bali.
This specialized retreat will include:
- Daily Movement Sessions including Hatha Yoga, Chi Gong, Ecstatic Dance & Chanting/Meditation
- Instruction in & Exchange of The Art of Essential Touch
- Introduction to 7 Essential Oils: one for each of the 7 Chakras
- All course materials, sarongs & oils
- Introduction to: Vibrational Healing: Using Sound, Song, & Chant
- Two complimentary Spa Treatments at Taksu, Secret Garden or Bliss Spa
- Enjoyment of Ananda's grounds & pools
